How do you become a sponsor you ask? It's easy.
Just fill out the form at the bottom of this page, or print out and mail this .pdf form , enclose a check or money order (you can pay cash if you are doing this in person) for $50.00, made payable to Harsh Winters Volkswagen Club, or HWVC.
If you are submitting this form via the web site you will be taken to a "Thank You" page that has a PayPal link on it so you can pay your fees immediately.

As a sponsor we may ask you to donate a door proze or a raffle item for our events and of course you can always donate or volunteer to sponsor a portion of our events without us asking you.

History of the Club:

Harsh Winters Volkswagen Club was founded in 2002 in Aurora, Illinois. The purpose of the Club is to give people in the Chicago area a place to gather an talk about the VW experiences and share knowledge with other VW enthusiasts.

Our annual show, Bug-A-Palooza, is held on the last Sunday of August. We have held this event for 3 years now and we have grown from 60 entries the first year to over 80 entries this past year. With your sponsorship assistance we hope to grow to over 100 cars at the 2007 show!
We are constantly working on other events in the Chicagoland area (a Fall Cruise, a Springtime Poker Run, etc.) to help grow our clubs presence in the area, and that will increase your exposure as well.
